2. Sir Degare: Is a 14th century verse romance. The story concerns Degare ,who becomes a proficient knight after being abandoned at birth. Degare goes in search of his parents and unwittingly marries his own mother.Degare fights with his father until he reveals the truth about himself.At the end, Degare's parents marry and he marries the daughter of windowed king of Litel Bretaygn.

3. King Horn : Is a English romance written around 1250.It is considered to be the easiest extant'Matter of England' romance. The romance narrates the story of king's son,Horn ,whose father was murdered by Saracen pirates.

4. Floris and Blancheflour:Is a  verse romance composed around 1250.It was probably adapted from a 12th century French original. This romance tells the story of a Christian lady,who has been captured by the Saracens.
