Meghe Dhaka Tara ( The Cloud-Capped Star):

It is a novel based on The Partition of Bengal written by famous classical Writer Shaktipada Rajguru. Nita is the heroine of the story who was a refugee from East-Pakistan, and lived with family. Her responsibilities were over her head due to the accident of her father and her brother does not take any job without the dream of a singer. Internal conflict was a burden in her life and her lover Sanat left her. At the end of the story, Nita releases her pang and emotions of external and internal to her brother that I want to survive. Nita sacrificed everything in the name of responsibilities of her family and suppressed the feeling in the depth of heart, it is the literary meaning of Meghe Dhaka Tara.


Padma Nadir Majhi ( The Boatman of Padma):

It is  one of the best Classic Novels in Bengali Literature in India during the Partition of Bengal. Manik Bandopadhyay was the first to create such a novel that releted the detailed life of fishermen. The Novel deals with the leading character Kuber, a poor fisherman with family and the other families of fishermen. Gora: ( Orthodox)

Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore's Gora is a classic novel in which the writer mixed caste versus class; tradition versus modernity; urban status versus rural poverty. This story's main focus is between orthodox Hinduism and Brahmo Samaj. Brahmo Samaj was highly influenced by the Britishers and for that they rejected all kinds of idol worship, chanting mantras and rituals but on the other hand Orthodox Hinduism accepted this kind of rituals and respect of those. Annadamath ( The Abbey of Bliss): 

The heroic Classic novel " Annadamath '' is the masterpiece of Evergreen Star Bankim Chandra chattopadhyay in Bengali literature and India. The story is based on the  revolt of Monk (Sannashi or Fakir) against the British rule in India during the famine.
